Top surface quality issues

This isnt a failed print persay, but I cant get my X1 (bottom print) to match the top surface quality of my Prusa MK3s+(top print). It’s the same filament (Hatchbox PLA cool gray). I have done a full series of calibration on the filament (including a temp tower just to make sure). This particular print is at .16 layer height vs .2 on the prusa as I tried changing that.

The surface is smooth and well filled except the raised seam at the center of the concentric fill pattern. this is a production part that we sell and I really need the finish to be better. It just keeps happening. I could use ironing but would prefer to just have it printed. Any adivice…

I have the same results with the Bambu labs Matte Blue. When I compare it to the matte blue on my prusa it is the same thing. top surface quality on prusa looks better. I was thinking it was over extruding on the X1 slightly, but the overall surface finish looks better filled except the seams and loss of shine?
