I just checked one one of my models and I have the same issue. There is no synchronization on the comments between the two website versions. And I have no notifications for comments or boost received from the CN version 
@MakerWorld It would be nice to be able to interact with Chinese users and vice versa. Or at least receive some notifications when they rate, comment or boost one of our models.
Translated:
After the global site account model is synchronized to the Chinese site, it cannot receive user comment reminders from the Chinese site, and there is no way to log in to the corresponding Chinese site account to reply, and the support declaration cannot be seen on the China site page.

Got the same issue.
Ironically, I’m Chinese and I cannot log into CN site.
