TPU 95A HF causing pink powder in the printer

Hey everyone,
I’m having an issue with TPU 95A HF. I bought three rolls (grey) from Bambu and loaded them into the H2D as instructed. After a short while, I noticed a light pink powder building up inside the PTFE tube.

When the print finished, I checked the printer and was shocked to see that several components were covered with this powder. At first I thought it might be leftovers from previous prints, so I cleaned everything thoroughly and started another job with TPU 95A HF. But to my surprise, the powder came back.

Since all three rolls show the same behavior, it seems unlikely to be a one-time issue and must be related to the TPU itself.

As for the prints, the powder didn’t cause major problems, but I did notice some small defects where little chunks of it got into the print.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have not had this with Bambu TPU but I have not used the grey.

I have had different weird powder with a roll of eSun, and eSun customer service replaced the filament for me. (This was in Singapore, just in case different rules apply in your place).

I’m having the same problem with the grey 95a hf. However on my p1s the waxy pink powder always causes the print to fail, it seems like if enough of it gets to the nozzle it will clog, and it gets into the teeth of the extruder causing it to slip over the filament and nothing comes out of the nozzle. I’m thinking it has to be a bad batch or something? This was the 4th spool of it I’ve printed, and after cleaning out the machine I experienced the exact same failed print and pink powder everywhere.
