TPU 95A spool with RFID, why?

Why does a TPU 95A spool have RFID? It can’t be used in the AMS. As said by the instructions.

So what other device wil read the RFID? ( or is it so that the AMS can tell you : “Nope you can’t use this, RTFM you noob!” :wink:

Maybe Bambu Lab has a filament drier/storage box coming down the pipeline that will read the decal like the AMS does
I could see something like that automatically setting the temp and time depending on the material
Or maybe I’m just dreaming
Would be a Hell of an idea though if they did :thinking:

maybe you can put the TPU in your AMS and the AMS knows because of the sticker that it should not accept the roll
