TPU Benchy ! Almost there - maybe?

Hey everyone. 1 week into 3d printing didnt know a single thing but been reading up on all the settings like crazy. So here are my results and Im stuck on one thing that I cant figure out.

Printing the benchy in 95a Tpu

I think i got it pretty dialed in but the red circled part in the picture is all jagged edges and not some so im looking for some advice to clean that up. I posted a picture of the front on if the boat to show the overhang on the front window. Not sure if I can get it any better than that lol.

Hopefully someone has some tips for this.

Im using esun 95a tpu

I don’t think you can clean that up much more. You are stacking up molten layers of flexible filament onto basically thin air with that overhang. I am amazed by the results you are getting! Yes you might be able to clean that up slightly with a lot of tweaking but I wouldn’t worry about that in the first week.

You can see the same jagged edge underneath the roof, but because of the straight line it’s much more uniform and less noticeable. Well done on your first TPU benchy I’d say

I gotta say, for TPU, that’s really great. That edge is a tiny overhang - that’s tough with TPU. Maybe some fan there?
