Hi all. I recently tried printing with eSun TPU (95A) using the external spool holder. Unfortunately the TPU ended up clogging up the hot end after it was loaded into the printer andI was unable to print with nor any other filament due to the clog. I was using the generic TPU profile in Bambu Slicer. Is there a better profile to use or any settings that I need to adjust within the generic TPU profile?
Have you compared the parameters? Print-Temp, Cooling, etc…? TPU also like it very dry. I’ve printed TPU for the first time last week (Sunlu Silk-TPU 95A), I’ve put it in the dryer for 6 hours, adjusted the cooling and print-temp to Sunlus recommendations and the print comes out perfectly.
The “poops” do look strange, a giant “worm” or “long blop”. But it didn’t clock my nozzle so far …
To be honest i just ran with the generic TPU profile. Now that you have mentioned it, ill compate those parameters and adjust. I had droed my TPU before printing as well.
