So I just set up my feed assist module today, and I have made it to the calibration steps, but it is not working. I start the calibration, it grabs the filament, and once it stops the light just slows down and keeps blinking. I don’t know what to try now, so if you know a solution, please respond!

Your output PTFE tube might be too short, it needs to have a few cm extra than the distance from output to printer
I have unattached the tube and tried, letting it go entirely, and it still cannot finish calibration. It will not work either with printing.
I bought around a month ago and just set it up, so I have an older version. I think I bought it when it first came out.
I just tried unplugging and plugging it back in but it still didn’t work. I am lost on what to do.
