Help, why some overhang areas failed and some succeed with TPU? (Filament is dry)

My first reaction would be that you’re asking too much of the filament at 0.12 layer height. Have you tried either 0.16 or 0.20?
My experience with that very filament, Sunlu TPU, is that it does not print well at lower layer heights. What’s more, you don’t gain any benefit from lower layer heights.
But that does not address why you are getting different results from the same model. Is your P1P open frame or have you enclosed it? If it’s open, then even a small current of air could produce random results like we are seeing here. If you haven’t enclosed the P1P then a simple experiment would be to tape carboard around the sides and top just to mitigate airflow. TPU doesn’t like it hot so leave the front open but we still want to make sure that there isn’t a draft blowing over the model.
Also, if draftiness is a possible cause, moving the model on the build plate to the rear of the plate may lessen the affect of air current. I have had experience as an example with TPU where simply rotating the model 90 degrees affected the outcome dramatically.
Also, as a favor to the group, please view this link on how to do screenshots. Those cellphone pictures of your computer screen are painful to look at. As a courtesy to the forum, it would help to view cleaner images.
If I’m not mistaken, your poor quality areas appear to coincide with where the support material was located.
If so, this plays into the issue.
