I got to give Bambu some brownie points and I don’t make a habit of this but my TPU prints turned out so well on my A1 that I could have passed out. One or two spider web sized strings was absolutely not what I was expecting at all. I was anticipating the worst string goober ever made. You Go! Bambu! & Thank You.
I use my A1Mini for TPU printing. Mostly due to the silly implementation of TPU on the H-Series printers (which are my other printers). That little Mini kicks butt with TPU. Outstanding results.
a1 is great for printing tpu much easier to load than on the other bambus, but now i got the snapmaker u1 its even easier with the filament being able to feed through feeders, so i split the time between them
Use foaming TPU e.g. Siraya Tech TPU Air or equivalent
It only becomes soft after heating, so it goes through the extruder just fine
I use my A1 mini and A2L for TPU, PEBA and now, TPE (my new favourite).
