TPU Wall to Wall adhesion

I’ve been printing quite a few tyre designs with Bambu TPU 95A HF recently. Layer adhesion has been fine, however, I get a problem between inner and out walls. If I print with 3 walls, the outer 2 walls stick together fine but there is almost no adhesion to the innermost wall. The part looks fine when removed from the printer but if I cut into the part (destroying the part) the outer 2 walls are only attached to the rest of the model in a few places. After I’ve used the tyre for a little while, I can pretty much peel off the outer 2 layers from the rest of the model, a bit like a snakeskin. My filament is dry and I’m using the default profile. I would like to be able to squish all the wall layers together ensuring good adhesion (overlap?) but don’t know which parameters to change. Has anyone had this and sorted it out?

I think you want to calibrate the filament, though I expect TPU 95a HF to be dialed in by Bambu that is likely not the case. I generally manually calibrate the filament for flow dynamics and flow rate from the calibration tab in Bambu studio and then turn off the automatic flow dynamics calibration when printing with the newly saved profile.

Also, you should provide some more detail, you say the filament is dry, how do you judge this? TPU is one of the trickier materials to get and keep dry.

Pictures would really help, especially of the problematic output but also of the slicer view with settings or just attach the .3mf that way the experienced users can load up the file and check for irregularities etc…
