Travel time in slicer seems off

travel time is blue obv. Why does it show going for a poop after every layer? is that some kind of “worst case scenario” or are things messed up?

It doesnt actually make those movements, which is odd to me.

I get the same thing but its every few layers, and it actually makes the movements, most often too the back left corner (A1 mini)

It will only usually only “poop” if you are doing colour changes… otherwise it is because you have timelapse enabled, and it parks the head in the same place every layer while it takes the picture for that layer.

Time lapse enabled:

Timelapse effectively disabled (incompatible with print by object):

Welcome to the forum.

Do you have timelapse enabled?

yes but during timelapse my hotend is not parking, i dont have select “smooth timelapes”

in fact i don’t see the head doing theses moves

Okay so there really isn’t an issue? If the blue lines bother you in the preview you can uncheck them on the side bar.

it ruins times estimation, for this litlle object it’s not a problem but for severals days, it is

I’m also seeing some inefficient travel on my prints, some motion that takes the print head to the left after every few layers.
I don’t have timelapse enabled, nor anything else that would explain such a movement.

Did you ever find a solution?
