Tree Support Infill

I’m trying to print an object with tree supports but the supports keep breaking. I looked on the website and found an option for “tree support infill” but cant find it in the options.
Did they removed it? Or is there a different setting I can use to make the tree supports more stabel and strong.

Thanks for the help.

Use “Base Pattern” and “Base Pattern Spacing” in support settings. Frequently however, it is enough to set 2 walls for the trees.

Ok, thanks!
I will try that.

Even when I set Base Pattern to rectilinear or honeycomb, my tree supports print hollow. I’ve tried Base Pattern Spacing between 0-3mm too and it doesn’t make a difference.

I’ve also set Infill Pattern to rectilinear and they still print hollow.

Is infill only possible for normal supports and not tree supports? Setting Loops to 2 does help, but I still frequently get breaks and think infill would be very helpful.

Thanks

I can only speculate without screenshots but it does (still) work with the Studio 02.02 Beta Version for Tree Slim, Strong and Hybrid. For Organic, I also did not get an infill pattern.

But please go for a non-crossing infill (Honeycomb). Tree’s really do not like speed bumps.

Oh wow! You are right. I had Style set to default, which is organic and prints hollow. I switched it to hybrid and got infill. Thank you! Style is a setting I’ll need to explore more
