Trouble printing this with 0.2 nozzle

Hi

Im not sure if ive posted about this before, but im having trouble getting this printed well using my 0.2mm nozzle .

Ive managed with my 0.4, but it gave me not nice support scarring on certain parts so I thought id try 0.2 .

Basically its a plug of hair, and ideally id want it to be as clean as possible on the underside
