I’m getting really tired of the poop not going down the chute (insert joke here). I feel like the issue has gotten worse with a recent firmware update. Every other print the filament poop does not wipe off properly and go down the chute but ends up somewhere on the print bed or drops under it, sometimes messing up the print. This is happening with each of my (5) P1P printers, but strangely it rarely happens with my X1C.
I’ve been using the door extension thing and for a while that really helped, but lately it’s been bad again.
Assuming you’ve already replaced the wiper?

No I haven’t. It looks totally fine but I’ll replace just to make sure and see what happens.
My only guess would be that the plastic supporting the actual nozzle wiper may be getting worn-out/soft.

Lately with my x1C Combo, i have found poop under the print bed and sometimes in my hollow prints like a ball printed in vase mode. it almost never happens but is is annoying.
Just an update. I replaced the nozzle wiper on all of my machines and it does seem to have helped at least some, if not always.

OK I spoke too soon. Replacing the wipers has not had any effect. I keep having this happen and ruining prints. I really have no idea what to do about it but it’s happening way too often.
