ok, so i’m trying TPU on this machine for the first time, also the first time i’ve used the external spool holder. i’ve got the machine configuring correctly, and i’m trying to load filament. i feel like i’ve fed about 50 miles of filament, but it’s still not reaching the tool head. what am i doing wrong?
Is the filament visible in the PTFE tube? have you tried a very short (20mm) PTFE tube?
The inner PTFE tube is probably loose and now the chamber of your printer is full of TPU filament, lol 
i got it figured out. user error. as in, user is a moron shoving material into the wrong tube. lol. thanks for the reply, though
