New X1C user since January. Nice results with PLA and tried Bambu PETG-CF for some outdoor and other projects. Used both Black and Blue filaments, both dried for 12 hours in dual Polydryer (2 heating units with one box on top - on max temp) and placed into AMS with desiccant. Weight of the spools didn’t change on my +/- 1g scale.
Black - mostly good, but problems with strands being left over and sticking out of models, particularly on the edges of infill, and outer wall seams. Clumping ruins the top surfaces of prints.
Blue - horrible clumping and ruined prints. Seems ok for 2 top layers, painted in the Bambu Slicer.
Print speed, both using the 50% silent mode, then using normal mode but with slowed down settings in the Speed tab. Neither seems to help, even with max speeds of 150mm/s (recommended is 200mm/s).
Flow Calibration - got values and ensured these are used in my AMS.
I printed a temp tower, what is this telling me? None of the layers seem very good.
