Trying to dial in my Revo harden steel HF nozzle

Hey all I recently upgraded to a revo nozzle with brass inserts which after some tweeks has been great but then I thought it be good to have harden steel as I print with CF and ive also been told Matte pla can be a bit aggressive, anyway I bought a Revo High Flow HTA Nozzles but im having an absolute mare dialing it in , I think im 90% there but im still getting really bad layer lines , ive printed temp towers , retraction tests , flow tests you name it but I still can shake the bad layor lines.

I printed an orca cube and its hard to see in a pic the layers but none seem nicly stacked ontop of the last.
