so if like me you got 2 ams pro
and you bought the external power supply for the second ams pro so you can dry both at the same time, but somehow you have this message
and you don’t understand why you have this since you should be able to power both at the same time, well there is a simple solution to try
see at the bottom right of the screen you have an electric plug when you select your ams
if that plug isn’t green it mean either your power brick is not functional, not connected to a socker or just that its not connected to the AMS, when it is, your H2D screen should show this
now the socket is green, and it should work, if it doesn’t and you have a second AMS try it for this one, and
****** if it doesn’t work on second AMS ******
- issue with power brick so check if the cable is well plug in the brick or the socket
- issue with socket so check with another socket
****** if it work on second AMS ******
- issue with first AMS, so contact bambu for the warranty
i actually discovered this by mistake because i though everything was well plugged in, turned out it wasn’t the case on the AMS and i had to push it harder in
