Install bambu suite with “install for me only” will result in error.

OS: windows 11 23H2
“Setup was unable to create the directory C:\Program Files\Bambu Suite” Error 5: Access is denied.
Do you have administrator access? Without it you will not be able to create folders in “Program Files”.
I have tried many versions of the software and have ZERO luck with the software even opening. What are the system specs for running it? I tried installing it in the same directory as Bambu Studio and it downloads/installs just fine, but when I double click on the application, it does absolutely nothing. I have the H2S Laser Combo and can’t do anything with the Laser or Pen since this app doesn’t work at all.
Anyone else have this issue?
