Unable to load new Polymaker filament in A1 Mini. Help?

I’m hoping someone can help. I purchased an A1 Mini with AMS lite about 10 days ago. I’ve made a few successful prints since then. I recently purchased some Draft PLA from Polymaker (Polymaker Draft PLA – Polymaker US). I couldn’t get it to load into my machine, so I printed a spool to move it to, since it arrived on a cardboard spool. I’m still having problems. I keep getting error “HMS_1200-2000-0002-0006: Failed to extrude AMS1 Slot1 filament, the extruder may be clogged, or the filament may be too thin, causing the extruder slipping”. The draft PLA does seem slightly thinner than the other PLA I’d successfully printed with. I’ve tried the linked solution unsuccessfully. Is there something else I can try? Is there a chance this filament is just incompatible with the machine? Is this something I should just open a support ticket about? Sorry for the naive questions, I’m new to all of this and I’ve been looking for answers for hours and I’m a bit lost. Thanks.

Hi,
What i would recommend is changing the AMS slot.
Do a nozzle clean up by heating it up to 250-300*C and cut the end of your filament sharp. Sometimes the extruder gets a melted tip of your filament, and its not able to run it through.
