Every time I try to send something through to my P1S I am being given an error message:
Error Code : -3030
Error desc : Check status of Bambu Lab server
Extra Info : {http code]6:
[reason]: curl: couldn’t resolve host name: Could not resolve host [***] [Error 6]
The status of the current system service page in dicates that there is no disruption. I am at a loss as to what to try next. Bambu Studio is able to find my device and able to activate and show the camera view. Is there anything else I should be doing at my end?
I’m getting the same issue. I’m on the same build of Bambu Studio and also have the P1S. I power cycled the P1S and that didn’t solve anything. Any luck on your end?
Welp, I found the solution for me, at least. Turns out turning off my VPN is what allowed the print job to go through. Seeing how this was never an issue before, I’d say whatever security protocol they updated in the new BL Studio version is a major downgrade. See if you’re in the same boat.
Guys, I’m having the same issue with my A1. Cannot send files to my printer in local network from bambu studio. Using current A1 firmware and 2.0 studio. No VPN installed and just freshly installed win10 from scratch with nothing else than bambu studio 2.0
I have a similar problem, Code -3030, same description, HTTP code 65, but I can still send things using “Send Plate” and then print from the device page, just not “Print Plate”. Any ideas?
This is interesting as it means there is an additional thing the app is doing as you can go to the printer status and see the printer and interact, but send a print job via the cloud to the printer and it will crash out or give the error.

having same issue, cant get a straight answer form Bambu Labs. I can Control the light, the temp on bed and nozzle but can send a print. either a1 or a1 mini. what is going on?
Habe auf der Arbeit einen PC und danach konnte ich den Cloud Service nicht mehr nutzen und bekam den Fehler 3030. Speicherkarte im X1C kontrolliert, neue und alte Firimwares ausprobiert, Werkseinstellung,… . Konnte den Drucker über Bambu Studio steuern aber nichts drucken aber einen Druck vom Handy starten, selbst von dem PC eines Kollegen in einem anderen Gebäude konnte ich drucken. VPN gibt es nicht.
Was letztlich geholfen hat war das unser IT Mitarbeiter das TCP/IPv6 Internetprotokoll deaktiviert hat und nur Version 4 aktiv blieb.
(Windows 10: Systemsteruerung → Netzwerk und Internet → Netzwerkverbindungen → rechts click auf Eigenschaften → TCP/IPv6 Haken rausnehmen)

I did turn off any VPN, and i turned off firewall, and i uninstalled BS, and reinstalled it, and i had to multiply times login to my email , return and paste code , and this is getting way out off tollerance for " each step new problem "… Bambu, FIX IT!!!
Solution i find, hyperV switch, go control panel, network, find your Eth devices, make sure all ipv6 is unchecked, also try enable only wifi, or eth lan, vice versa, for some reason , it did connect " OFFLINE " .
in my case X1C and Bambu Studio 2.0.3.54. I see that some of you have similar issue but different http code and reason. 6 , 65 , i have 60…
The whole issue started after i reinstalled my windows 10. Then i install new bambu studio and loged in. After that i wasnt able to print from bambu studio.
I tried everything, from multiple logout. login. binding. reset network, disabled IPv6. Nothing is working. I can control printer from bambu handy or bambu studio but i cant print anything.
After print job is sent to X1C it will ends with ERROR CODE 3030 during the connection to cloud service. It just can not pass cloud service conenction. Ends at 30% in my case.

If i want to print something, i have to send the plate to SD card and then i can print it. Another approach is to set the printer into LAN only mode, but then you cant see or do anything outside your LAN. But at least it is working from bambu studio in your LAN.
