Hello,
I created a vase using Bambu’s Make My Vase tool but unfortunately I’m having issue printing it properly. In the slicer I’m using the recommended settings by Bambu to make it waterproof.
The interesting thing about this is that I was having the exact same printing issue when printing a completely different model (and default 0.20 profile). I wasn’t able to print it on either my A1 or H2D, which makes me believe that this is a slicer issue and not a printer issue.
To me it looks like too much material is being pushed outwards? I’m using Bambu PLA Basic and Matte using their default profiles (with Auto Flow Dynamics).
Sorry, cant help with that. Possibly turning fans up. The overhangs seem to be the issue. Im not at home, or I would check the file.
One thing I can say is that its going to leak. Best way to do this is with a .8 nozzle(if this is in vase mode.). And even then, its probably gonna leak/sweat.
I can confirm that it does not leak, even when using a 0.4 nozzle (not printed in vase mode). Printed two test models and they’re still dry after 1 week of being filled with water.
looks like some classic overhang issues, I’m not too familiar with the vase mode settings itself. But I would change your top and bottom surface patterns, cocentric is very weak when it comes to overhangs. Maybe try default wall gen instead of Arachne, bump up your cooling, and lower your speeds.
