Unable to update AMS 2 Pro through X1C

Everytime I go to update the AMS 2 Pro to 2.00.10.68, the update fails and tells me to power cycle the printer and try again. The AMS is now on version 00.00.00.23 and the X1C is on 1.09.00.01

I’m having exactly the same issue.
Brand new X1C and AMS2 Pro.
Have updated the printer firmware with no issues but when trying to update the AMS2 and hub firmware to latest it always fails at 58% and I have to power off the printer.
Currently have a support ticket open with BambuLabs to see if they can help rectify it.
Everything is working and printing beautifully, just can’t get the firmware updates working.

I ended up using my phones app to downgrade the printer then I was able to upgrade it.

So was it an actual issue with the latest printer firmware not being compatible?
Did you upgrade the printer firmware again after updating the AMS or just leave it on the older version?
