Dead in the water here. I have 6 Bambu Lab printers from a P1P up to an H2D. Can’t use any of them due to this error (which only appeared after most recent update to Studio), A fatal error occurred: “Access violation” Please save project and restart the program.
What the hell. My production is at a halt now. Is this a studio issue? I get the same error on all my PC’s that have Bambu Studio installed on, all on the most current version. When can we expect this to be addressed?
It means there is a bug in the program or a driver.
What OS are you using?
What exact version of Studio?
What does the detailed OS crash report say?
There is no reason to halt production.
Reinstall the previous version of Studio.
Don’t be so quick to “update” critical software.
Test an update on ONE computer before committing to its use on all computers.
Having the same issue as well since 2.01.00.59. Seems to be all colored prints. Not great.
This not exactly the most viable recourse for all as some models you are trying to print from Makerworld were created with the newer version and that could lead to unwanted differences. I think the real issue here is how this is even possible that BBS is rendered useless for no reason. I was printing fine on the newest version then all of a sudden “access violation”. Unacceptable.
So, it’s not just me then… good to know.
