I setup the printer and went through all instructions and videos twice. When I print any of the included files it goes through the motions and looks to be working correctly but when finished the product is completely flat and not 3D. It is only 1-2CM high with a bunch of layers on top of each other but not as expected
Is the bed moving at all?
There are missing a lot of informations .
It sounds for me that the print stops and there are only one or two layer at the bed .
If the files are on the sdcard , copy them , clean the card complete (format) and copy them back . Maybe a fault with the file. If it’s not working use another sd card and your own sliced file.
After all of that , tell us what happened
