Underextrusion or what else?

I recently bouth a smooth print palte with a star/heart pattern. Had no problems with similar palte on my old P1S. On the H2s I get a strange pattern in the middle of the bottom surface. Is it underextrusion? Filament is BBL PLA Matte, but it also appears with other filament.
First I thought it might be the nozzle that I use for already 500hours+. But a new nozzle did not change anything. And I already tried to calibrate the filament, first a dynamic flow calibration and the manual flow rate calibration. Did not help anything. Usually I pritnt with auto dynamic flow rate calibration.
Usually I print on a textured plate or the smooth plate, but did not see any problems for the last year.

That’s an adhesion problem, the extruded material isn’t sticking to the plate in that area and is “balling up” in the first layer.

First, get your build plate super clean. Hot water, dish soap, nylon brush. Paper towel to dry.

Because it’s only in one area, I’m leaning towards that being the culprit.

But - it could possibly be either a bed meshing issue (run the full high temp bed leveling from your calibration menu), or possibly that area of the bed just isn’t warm enough by the time the first layer is going down - try either preheating the bed or bumping the temperature up by 5 degrees.

I will try cleaning and also the bed temperature. Thank you.

Full calibration and 65°C bed temperature made it much better, but not vanish.
At least it seems the right path.
