Itâs really a remarkable little machine.
My x1c should be my favorite, but thereâs just something so cool about fantastic prints coming out of the mini that always impresses me.

Honestly I can say Iâve had to go on MW to download my own model twice⌠Simply because my ADHD brain didnât place the file where it shouldâve been.
With that said youâd think that within MakerWorldâs âAlgorithmsâ one would be written to not count downloads from the host IP address and if said user is on a VPN that be a trigger not simply downloading youâre own files. Yet again MW is in beta and these are the fine details that will need to be implemented in the future.
Sorry @Zammer3D this happened to you but remember to trend lightly on MW. Most of the platform is automated when it comes to flagging/detecting user abuse then passed onto a real support representative.
Iâm not sure downloading your own models does count towards any points or even download counts anymore.
I think it was simply an activity that was previously used during the height of the scammers as they sought to steal value and is still triggered as a warning sign.
As it triggered a warning, BL acted. As there isnât a financial reward anymore (I believe) they simply saw it as suspicious. This is why there was a temporary block and not an account closure.
It is annoying, more so when it affects someone personally, adding to the frustration is the delay in getting any response.

I do how ever had a question, about the way you use fusion.
is there a reason you use STL over 3MF?
also how do you save it to STL/3MF for it to take âwhich takes a few minutes even to export an STL.â
When I save a model as 3MF I save it instantly, I can even âinjectâ it in to my slicer from fusion

Yeah, not diagnosed ADHD, but definitely possible. I have the same problems. Iâm like, does this count as âToys and Trinketsâ or âMiscâ or âMagnetsâ. Hmm, Iâll just go with Misc. Then I look for it and I look in Trinkets and Magnets before I look in Misc. And thatâs if Iâm lucky and didnât just put it in âDownloadsâ and delete it 
Yeah I can do a direct transfer into the slicer, but I still have to find it. I usually do â3D printâ but donât check the box that sends to slicer, which will put it in my downloads folder. That folderâs a mess though! I eventually delete it most of the time and have to re-export it the next time I need it.
Good time to get one right now with the sale 
Will take this as a lesson to (in cases of future annoyances such as this) just ask for a manual review.

no dont take the suspension⌠they banned me for a year⌠then changed to a year suspension⌠i didnât do anything wrong⌠same language you posted on your thread⌠so . why are more people not talking about this outside of the forum? how can we expect them to fix these issues if we do not talk about it as designers? I did a you tube video and looks like im the only one talking about it⌠the culture the community is building needs to be reflected by the platform⌠which means they should be looking after us not banning us for a system that doesnât understand common sense

Ask for a manual review, theyâll remove the suspension if they find no faults.
Owning one, I cannot recommend it over the A1 mini.

I did that about five times I know everyone says us for the manual review but that really doesnât help the artist when you may or may not have one person downloading all your stuff which makes it look suspicious but then they ban you instead of going after the people that are actually doing the nefarious things
