It’s been 12 hours with slowly creeping up issues.
For one hour (at least here in Europe) no way to print.
Come on, UPDATE https://status.bambulab.com !

I agree, maybe we need something like down detector, so we know when it’s down as per reported by users.
Yep, I’m receiving an error code 3060 in Hungary, too, and it fails.
It would be a really great addition to have on option to send the file through local network in these cases - or to be able to switch within Bambu Studio, without messing with the settings on the printer directly.
Absolute, if you make a printer that is cloudbased at least give us good reliable tools what the problem is and how long the downtime is. Statuspage still saying no problems!!!
Holland also problems
They added the incident to the status page as solved now.
Printer shows up now… but still errors when sending 3mf to the printer.
That status page looks a bit glossed over instead of being a reliable source of the status.
Not solved at all here in UK.
This is ridiculous - their entire printing ecosystem relies on the cloud, so one’d think they might have implemented a reliable one, or a resiliency option.
Apparently some users are now getting random prints showing up, or jobs starting to print on their own.
Status page showing issue is resolved, however it’s not solved in US either.
Glad I found this thread. Been driving me nuts resetting things - router, printer, logging in and out…
Trying to print from Europe fails still even if they mention the incident was resolved.
Not solved in EU even when in bambulab status website “the incident is solved”
I think its saying it has fixed 1 issue but there is still an issue under investigation
Service is still down for me here in the usa. It would be even better if they did a push notificaiton to your phone to let you know when it was down / back up
The status page was now updated to add a 2nd time interval (and 12:11 to 12:23 UTC) to the incident timeline but it is still showing all systems operational while in my case the cloud print is still failing to work.
It just started to work for me. (14:53 CEST)
Same here, started to work. Slow upload but working
UK user here too. Same issues as everyone else.
Was able to switch both P1S and X1C into LAN mode and, with a little patience in Studio, work pretty much as normal. They’ve added webcam at some point - no real difference to cloud for me, as long as I’m on the same network or VPNd in.
That’s interesting about the webcam working in LAN mode - think I’ll be shifting away from cloud as well in that case.
Yer UK user, still an issue for me. @MIsJ thanks for the hint, LAN only mode seems to work.
If there is a problem, why don’t you switch top LAN only mode ? Problem solved…
LAN-only mode works well for most of my uses, but I lose the ability to use the Handy phone app.
