Learn from my trials to solve a loading issue:
If your load commands from your AMS 2 Pro are failing even though you can find no issues in the print head and it’s throwing a 0700-8007 032408 error that tells you that you’ve probably got a blockage, Ignore the error and update the AMS hub firmware to 00.00.00.43.
I fell into this solution after two days of replacing parts and looking for a physical issue on my brand new AMS 2 Pro. Loads would work fine from my old AMS but every attempt to load a spool into the print head would fail from the AMS 2 even though the filament was reaching the nozzle.
Finally after I disabled “Lan only” mode to update the Date/Time on my printer, I get a notification about the AMS hub needed a firmware update. I installed the update to 00.00.00.43 from 00.00.00.42 and poof! my problem was resolved.
I hope this helps save others from searching for a physical issue that doesn’t exist.
