We wanted to provide a transparent update regarding the brief service outage that occurred earlier today. Between 08:50 to 09:11 UTC, our platform experienced intermittent disruptions due to an issue with our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare.
Specifically, Cloudflare reported problems affecting their Dashboard and related APIs, which led to potential request failures and error displays for dependent services
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our users and customers. Our team was alerted immediately and worked to solve the situation.
We are pleased to confirm that all services are now fully operational and performing as expected.
