Updated all my custom filaments in Studio, but not in printer?

Quick note - I had the same issue. I can create custom filaments and they exist in Studio but not on the printer.
From all the research - the situation is as follows:

  1. You must be in Cloud mode. Not LAN mode.
  2. Auto-Sync User Presets must be enabled in Studio preferences
  3. Studio sync’s filament presets with the Cloud.
  4. The printer is supposed to sync filament presets with the Cloud as well - but IT DOESN’T

Solution (that worked for me):

  1. Disconnect the printer from your user-account
    (a) on the printer console, go to settings (hexagon “nut” icon)
    (b) click on account
    (c) click on log-out (select YES when prompted, to confirm the action)
    (d) check on bambu-handy app, under devices, that your printer is no longer there

  2. Reconnect the printer to your user-account
    (a) on the printer console, after you log-out, a QR code will pop up automatically
    (b) on the bambu-handy app, under devices, you will see a button “+ Bind Printer”: select it
    (c) scan the QR code on the printer display
    (d) printer will appear, and a button “Confirm To Bind”

You’re done!
if binding was not successful, repeat steps 2 (a)-(d)

Let me know if this doesn’t work. It solved the problem for me, and now I can see all my custom filament profiles on the printer display, as well as select them from the Device tab in Studio.

I did this yesterday, and today it’s still working fine!
