Updated all my custom filaments in Studio, but not in printer?

Quick note - I had the same issue. I can create custom filaments and they exist in Studio but not on the printer. From all the research - the situation is as follows: You must be in Cloud mode. Not LAN mode. Auto-Sync User Presets must be enabled in Studio preferences Studio sync’s filament presets with the Cloud.
