Everything was working fine, but I saw that there was a firmware update and new Bambu Studio software. So I updated both. Now I can’t connect to my printer any more. It passes the network test. I can ping it, but neither studio nor handy can connect to it anymore. Super pissed as I have work that I need to get done tonight. Also LAN only mode seems to do nothing.
Sent in a ticket but have zero faith that it will be of any help.
Can you see the printer is connected on your router? I had a similar problem and it was due to a network repeater I was using. The printer reprinted it had an IP address but it wasn’t connecting back to the router. Turned off the repeater and all was good. I’d work back from your router side
OK going to eat a little humble pie here. It turned out to be a really weird partial failure of my Access point. Some devices would connect, but others wouldn’t. Turned out to be a failing POE injector.
Never seen anything like it before. Anyways, once I got that resolved, all was well.
Same here printer working fine 3 days ago come home to print unable to send to cloud and then send to printer.
Able to control printer via Handy app as well as thru Slicer no issues so very much drought it is a connection or wifi error
Those struggling to connect, have you done the basics to try resolve? Log out and back in on the printer, studio and handy? Power cycle the printer and your router? Can you see your printer on the list of devices in your router? Any wifi/range extenders in your home? Turn them off if so.
