Yeah I opened a ticket too. Anyone who received one from a more recent contest will have the same issue; mine was from the vault contest and I just got the email on Feb 9th. So its only been 2 weeks…

The situation that the gift card email cannot be opened does exist. You can find the gift card code in the following ways

You can check if there is an email in your mailbox called Reminder to Use Your Bambu Lab Gift Card (the email is sent around 2025-02-21).All your gift cards are in the email.

If you have not received the above email or if there is a missing part of your gift card in the above email, you can contact Bambulab customer service. After providing your email address, customer service will send you the code.
NOPE THE CONTEST WINNING CODES ARE NOT IN THE “DONT FORGET TO USE YOUR BAMBU GIFT CARD” EMAIL.
I used caps so you wont miss that point again, as I have stated it 2 times already.
