Uploading new model failed due to non-valid parameter values

Today I tried to upload a new model and it fails every time.
Printed without any problems. First I thought it might be due to the Linux version I created the 3mf file with (latest BambuStudio 2.08.02.61. Also tried with the latest 2.7 version. Does not all make any difference. And I recreated the model on Windows 11 which also did not change anything.
Any recommendations?

Are you using the Beta version? If so, go out of it. When I was using the Beta version, i tried to upload a model and it gave me a similar message.

On sunday I uploaded a new model without any problems and created the 3mf with the same version.
I tried now with only a generic cube inside the 3mf and it failed as well, so there might be a loss of service or problem in the Makerworld backend.

Possible causes - of course, I don’t know which one applies to your 3MF, but maybe this will help you:

  • Custom profiles are still stored in 3MF. So, whether it’s third-party filament or a custom printer profile: Make sure you’ve selected Bambu filament and that you haven’t selected a custom printer profile.
  • The file contains customized G-code
  • The object itself is so complex that it confuses the online slicer.

Since you said you tried it yourself with a simple cube, you can already rule out most possibilities. I’d start by checking whether the 3MF file contains custom or third-party filament profiles.

Those can sometimes sneak in unintentionally. :grin: :+1:

Of course, it’s also possible that the online service is having a problem right now.

In fact there was a copy of a printer that I do not even own in the 3mf. But also if I opened BambuStudio without any stl/step-File. I deleted it and could upload it. Would be easier if there
would be a less generic error message.
