Can’t put it back in place. It’s coming off after each print. Any tips?
Hi
What exactly is coming off?
i think it called AP board cover
IIf you see the wiki: Replacing the AP board / Application Board -- X1 Series | Bambu Lab Wiki
There are two steps to disassemble that cover, which you must repeat in reverse.
Your printer seems to have something obstructing the closure near the middle; did you make an intervention?~´
You can check in the wiki link shared how the cables and connections should look.
i have checked the wiki before posting. Clips seems not to hold in my case. Cables seems to be fine, as I read someone had to rearrange cables to have cover to snap. Mine snaps a little, then when head moves it just pop out of place again. I have now wedged it against frame with a thin piece of plastic, but it’s not how it should be
If the toolhead makes it pop out of place, it is likely due to the USB cable forcing the cover, as it’s the one that connects to the toolhead through the cable chain. Nevertheless, such should not happen.
Did you replace anything, or what is the origin of the problem?
If you can’t succeed by adjusting, maybe you can try to set the complete AP board cover in instructions:
