UPS lost my package

Be (mentally) prepared for a 'rough ride ’ … you’re not the first nor the last one to have to go through this undesirable experience. All I can say is that i hope that it works out for you, fast.

I just opened a Paypal claim. Support stopped replying to me 4 days ago, so… Just annoying, 2 rolls of the filament, Nebula Blue, are actually for a school project I have coming due.

Paypal disputes can take a long time, and I need the filament now. Chances are at the end of this, Bambu will ship more filament instead of a refund, so making another order now ties up money I don’t have at this moment.

My printer was delivered somewhere, not my address. I have a claim in with fed ex. In the meantime i used the customer support system & never got help. I learned a good lesson from ordering from a company that doesnt provide help or a phone #. I wont be saying anything positive about this company because so far its a horrible experience & i havent even got my product. Thanks for wasting my time.

Welcome to the “party”… enjoy it while you can, as the more you are, the merrier it gets.
Bit of advice: if not satisfied or happy with the manner you’ve been treated by Bambu, request from your bank to initiate the charge back, if still within the applicable deadline. If you used PayPal, you’ve got like 180 days max to file for charge back.

Bambu refunded my order through the Paypal claim. They wanted me to cancel the claim and do the refund, but I refused. I was honest with my claim, I made sure they were not refunded me for the items that did get delivered, just the items that didn’t and tax on those.

I did place another order because I need the filament.

They just made this process a lot more difficult than it needed to be.

serves them right. eventually bambu’s management
will have to take action against those staff members in charge of orders, procurement and shipping who have a high rate of cash back claims and impact negatively both the cash flow and business reputation… (though on the later I kinda have my doubts if it could be damaged more than it already is)

It took a spanish insurance company approx 3 months to sort out a claim i had with hermes (now evri) once they had admitted liability, they paid.

I Agree with MZip, Mine was also lost, they really need to let us pick a shipping Method. I know problems will arise regardless but I know who has the most issues in my area on losing deliveries and who gives the most hoops to jump through to try correct, I would also like an update on cart. everything was in stock till I hit the final button then get a message saying some items are out of stock. then won’t say what so have to search the list to figure it out. perhaps it’s just me on that one but anyhow. room for improvement.
