What kind of absolute garbage is going on over at Bambu??? I saw the notice on the CMYK Filament Bundle with a FREE LED board. I went to the site and there it was in black and white. Order it and you get a free LED board. So I pull the trigger.

I received my filament and had not heard anything about my LED board. I email support and they give me some BS that I had to order May 8-10 by 8AMPT??? What in the HE** is this?? What promotion ends at 8AM Pacific time which is 6 AM my time in the US. She tells me sorry for the inconvenience you can buy one yourself when we put them on the site for order??? Oh HE** no. I would have never ordered the filament had there not been a free LED board. Bambu can send me a prepaid label to ship their overpriced filament back and give me a full refund. That promotion has been a complete fiasco from what I can tell. As if Bambu isn’t making money hand over fist right now anyway with its popularity that they have to screw over a customer because they didn’t handle their promotion worth a ■■■■???

What gives.

I just received my light board this past week and I ordered on the very first day it was available. Back when I ordered, it clearly stated that it would be delivered later.

Be patient.

No its obvious Bambu doesn’t care about their customers. It was misled on a purchase and they told me tough luck. Thanks to their inability to take care of a customer they have forever lost a filament customer in me. And that’s where they truly make their money is in consumables. Ridiculous. No one from CS has tried to reach back out to me to rectify anything.

Not sure how you were misled. It clearly stated everywhere that the Light board will be shipped later.

They are telling me I will not get it period. They told me to go buy one off the site when available. Has nothing to do with being shipped later.

The light board was a limited- time offer back in early May. If you ordered after that offer expired, you would not get one.

Otherwise, aren’t they going to be $9.99?
