I’m trying to purchase a P1P + AMS bundle for my high school classroom with a grant I was awarded. My school district requires that Bambu Labs becomes an authorized vendor but they can’t get ahold of anyone to set up the purchase order. Apparently, we can’t just use their website. How can I contact someone from Bambu? They haven’t responded via email yet and it’s been weeks of waiting.
Good luck with that. They have an almost impenetrable firewall between they and the public. If you are near Austin Texas, you might try knocking on their door.

You would be better off contacting your computer reseller of choice and let them navigate the channel sales portion of Bambu. With the release of the X1E, Bambu is now starting to build up a network of resellers. Some of them I recognize as having K-12 and Gov subsidiaries that cater to servicing that market.
