I’m trying to get TPU interlocking with PETG for the H2D but when I selected the Use Beam Interlocking and slice, I get the exact same result as when I don’t. There is no interlocking. Any suggestions?
Same. No interlocking happens. Zero effect on any layers. Bambu? some assistance here?
and in orca slicer what happen?
I am also struggling with the new beam interlocking feature. It seems to yield inconsistent results in the slicer when varying the settings. I am also having issues in Orca slicer.
I assume this is a user error but can’t find clear guidance online.
Has Bambu released a new Wiki for the details of how to use Beam Interlocking? I can’t find it if yes.

I don’t know why this happens, but I was able to fix a similar issue by exporting each part of the assembly into Bambu studios and selecting “yes” when asked “load these files as a single object with multiple parts”. Before that I exported the whole assembly and split it into parts using the slicer, and the beam interlocking wouldn’t work.
