On his profile, there are many others, is this allowed? Stealing other photos and claim his prints, instead of posting a remix?

no, it’s not allowed. As far as I can tell, they’ve just outright reuploaded the model as a “new” one and not a “remix”. They haven’t even given attribution to the original.
Just use the report feature; copycats like these are a big issue with the present MakerWorld, so keep reporting them.
If you have links to the originals of the other models they’ve cloned, use those in your reports as well.

Yeah, I have been reporting and finding some from Cult3D website. Almost all the uploads by Jaysiro_07 are stolen images and print models.
