Using Bambu Lab PLA-CF with the P1P's default nozzle?

Hey guys,
I just received a couple rolls of PLA-CF filament as part of their recent promotional offer.
Can I use this filament with my P1P’s default nozzle or do I need to upgrade to the hardened steel nozzle?
Also, do I actually need to dry out this filament before use or is this an optional step in high humidity climates?
Advice greatly appreciated

You can use the brass nozzle with PLA-CF but it will wear out quicker than a hardened steel nozzle. The PLA-CF from Bambu prints great in my experience.

Drying filament is a ■■■■ shoot. I live in a very dry environment so don’t have issues in general except for brand new filament rolls. I always dry new filament now to avoid any issues.

Thanks for your advice.
Yep, I gave it a go yesterday because I didn’t have any PLA/PLA+ left and the P1P actually did a really good job printing with PLA-CF. Impressed!
I DO have the hardened steel nozzle and upgraded gear and chain guide upgrade kit. Just haven’t installed it as yet. It’s on my TO-DO list
Cheers!
