Using coins

Hi i am fairly new to makerworld.

My question is about the points , i redeemed them to get the engine 3D model my points have gone but cant see anywhere they have gone ? when i check the redeemed points tab is shows nothing ? any ideas ? is the model parts £10 with coins added or has it got 99% off like its says in the tab ?

any help would be appreciated

You get a 99% discount code for the model in the shop, so it will be very cheap - but it should show up in Transaction History (the transaction and a way to see the code to redeem it).

Check the email associated with your account. Anytime I redeem points, I receive an email with the details within seconds.

went to the shop and where do i add the code to get a 99% disscount?
the points are taken from my account
