Since today (since latest Studio update? v1.9.7.50) any print I make with several colors in the same layer gets a x-axis gap a several millimeters. Maintenance did not help.
I tried to print a special model to highlight this:
The printed result
Black was printed first, then purple then cyan then orange.
Any idea what is going on with my setup ?
the same thing happens to me
Do you run the same Studio version v1.9.7.50 ?
Yes, I installed that update and it started doing that.
I am testing the same model with v1.9.5.51 that I just reinstalled
Issue solved on 1.9.5.51, so this is a Studio issue. Bug opened.

FYI, bug is reproduced, confirmed and understood. A fix is in the pipe for upcoming Studio versions.
Hello
Why does my P1P printer along with the AMS multicolor system print a layer in place and after a seemingly random number of layers it shifts creating an offset error?
With a single filament out of the AMS system it prints perfectly.
Which version of bambu studio are you using?
i use the version: 1.9.7.52
So this is likely to be another issue, not linked to this one.
