Vary print speed by z-height

Hi. Could someone tell me how I can reduce the print speed by z-height? Near the top of my model it gets thin and requires longer to cool before the next layer. Thanks.

You can add modifiers with right click on a model, and set different settings

Select the modell, then cut at desired hight. Select on the left panel ‘Objects’, then select the object you want to change parameters. Select the parameter, e.g. Speed and change the values.
