Month ago my company made a payment (not in B2B tab) for the H2D 3D Printer and I have not received my VAT refund with my valid VAT number. How i can do it now if it was paid with VAT month ago, but its in transit still to my country. Few days ago after shipping im received invoice with my payed VAT. But I need invoice with 0% VAT, can i resolve it and get back my payed 21% VAT? I have reached out to the support team via ticket, but I have not received a response.
