Vento air filter for Bambu Lab H2 series printers

I print a lot of PETG and PLA filaments on my H2D and H2S. I had noticed that during low-temperature printing, both the top vent and switch flap open, bypassing the internal filter and allowing unfiltered air to exhaust. While the printer was designed to lift the switch flap to use the thick internal filter, the exhaust fan has to ramp up to a very high speed to keep the chamber cool for PETG and PLA printing. This will result in extremely loud noise that can be heard several rooms away. Hence, this is why I think this option is currently disabled in the firmware.

I designed vento, an air filter to provide a HEPA+carbon filtration for petg and pla printing. It used a magnetic slide-lock system, allowing users to easily change filters and switch to the exhaust tube when using the laser function.

You can download vento on MakerWorld and links to buy the replaceable filter.

So awesome! Is there a connector that allows for the filtration system to be used with an exhaust attachment as well?

I installed the Voxel official version of this H2D add-on (in orientation shown). Filter is installed correctly and confirmed, but I’m getting Bambu Assistant warnings that fan speed and chamber temp are high

I printed the assembly (see above), bought the filter from VOXELPLA, and screwed it onto my H2D as described. So far, there have been no problems or error messages, neither with the beta firmware nor with the recently downloaded latest public firmware.

yes. it is a warning to tell you that it will be ramping up the fan speed. What filament (type/brand) are you printing when this warning appears? What is the filament profile you are using? Bambu or Generic?
