In my opinion, however, this always has to do with the fact that the print head accelerates extremely when this noise occurs. Perhaps the extreme noise could be greatly reduced if Bambulab greatly reduced the travelling speed in the GCode in the rear area of the cleaning process until the print head has moved out of this zone. It doesn’t happen during nozzle cleaning, as far as I’ve seen it happens afterwards (maybe when the metal flap is still swinging and the print head bangs against it instead of travelling past – or something like that).
Possibly something the next gen machines will accomplish, I am sure they could dampen the sound in the current ones (as they have to some extent). There may be some mechanical reason eg. dislodge any dags that was found too late in the testing phase to change and the POP was born(?). Just surmising.
I have grown fond of the noise if anything and just like when they made that massive noise cancelling update, I’d miss it ![]()
I would consider a clear explanation to be a resolution in that case?
