Running the most recent FW. Video feed sometimes works by viewing from another workstation or another instance of Studio from recent completed prints. Now I have no joy at all.
All my workstations are set to “Never Sleep”
Don’t know what else I could mention except that I haven’t power cycled the printer for a week. Moreover, why should this be required? It runs nearly 14hrs a day.
Last time I had some issues with this it was because the printer and the computer were on a different WiFi connection (guest and standard) so might be worth double checking if printers and computers are on the same WiFi
I suppose that might be an issue here, but the files manage to make it to the printer via cloud so… But I’ll bite that bait, where do you check which router channel is active with the printer? I can’t find that in “Studio”. Perhaps via the printer itself?

Try logging out both your printer and studio ,restart the printer and log into both again (refresh)
Yeah it’s on the printer itself on the settings, then on your computer also on the settings
From what i understand the video feed only comes through the cloud if you’re for example on 5G on your phone, if you’re connected to the WiFi the video feed is local
Started up after the print was finished. What the heck. Little late for any useful monitoring. The P1S has no spaghetti detection as most of you guys will undoubtedly know. Hah
Seems to have idiosyncrasies as in, I am now monitoring technical part underway in two instances of Studio. Never before. Perhaps a treat for keeping my temper no? It has been very hot here, trashed the air con, I’m pulling my hair out trying to take in the weird behavior of almost all my HID, kybd, mouse, COM port, design software, new PC running slower after doubling the RAM. I’m trying to be timely with new revision and the hard copy for my client. Sweat streaming. Washing machine goes off line, dryer needs attention, and finally we get a vacate notice from the lease holder. What the flipping heck. Gonna miss this place, but the new shop is four times the size.
