Video feed not loading - Bambu Studio. Bambu Handy

On Thursday the video feed would not load. I was printing to a “remote” X1c printer so I thought that was the issue. Today I’m printing to my home X1c. Hitting the Play button Bambu Studio shows “Loading” an then times out. Bambu Handy shows the spinning wait icon and then times out.

Any idea what the issue is. Apparently it’s not my computer or phone as it’s happening on both. Apparently it not my printer, as it happens on more than one. Does the stream go through Bambu servers? Thank you for any insights. All the software/firmware is up to date as of today.

Same issue and started same time. Ugh…

Same problem here too. But rebooted printer and all is well again for me.

Ditto here. A reboot of the X1 is the only fix.

Me too. Stinks because i dont realize i have a problem till i start a print then its too late to reboot. Been like this frequently for the last week or so.

Happened to me today. Currently in a 9hr print so I have to wait to reboot my X1 and see if that resolves it. I already tried turning wi-fi off and back on. Also, attempted to view video from multiple devices. Though, I do see my progress (currently at 85% Layer: 319/353)
